But soon, Watson shut down engagement rumors on May 17, 2021. She wrote on X (formerly Twitter):

After a month, in June 2021, a source informed Us Weekly that Emma Watson desired a long-term future with Robinton but wasn’t in a hurry to get engaged to him. The source said: “Emma is so loved up with Leo, and this is the happiest anyone’s seen her in a relationship by a million miles.” The source continued:
“She was a little annoyed when people started gossiping about an engagement being in the works, but that was really just a privacy thing. Her and Leo’s friends do fully expect them to make things official at some point in the future, but they’re happy with how things are for right now. The main thing for them is having love and trust for one another, and it doesn’t take a ring or piece of paper for Emma to be happy.”
It definitely looked as if they had some serious future plans for their relationship, but unfortunately, it came to an end. It’s unclear when the Hollywood star and renowned businessman broke up, but by September 2021, Watson was already spotted with someone else.

Then, as of 2023 (per The Sun), she is rumored to be dating American businessman Ryan Walsh. However, neither of them confirmed this. They were pictured together in Italy, but not much is known about their relationship.
