Machine Gun Kelly is reportedly "desperate to make up with Megan Fox " after she allegedly "found affair messages on his phone".
The engaged couple sparked split rumours this week after Megan deleted all traces of her fiancé from her social media and posted a cryptic message about dishonesty and cheating.
It has since been rumoured that their passionate romance was brought to a head after Megan found texts and DMs on the rapper's phone, leading her to accuse him of having an affair.
A source said a heartbroken Machine Gun Kelly "really wants to make up".
The Page Six insider claims that Megan found messages on MGK's phone which led her to 'believe he was having an affair.'
They said: "They are broken up, but Megan is seeing where they stand. She wants to see what they can salvage."
This comes as Machine Gun Kelly's guitarist Sophie Lloyd was accused of having an affair with him.
However a statement has since been provided by her management team to Page Six.
It reads: "Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media.
"Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue. It's disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else."
Sophie has been in a relationship with her boyfriend Christopher Painter for more than five years.
Christopher has attended multiple shows on the Mainstream Sellout tour in support of his longtime partner and Sophie recently called him her "Valentine" in a social media post.
The split rumors surrounding Megan and MGK began when the actress shared a cryptic post about "dishonesty" and deleted all traces of her fiancé from her Instagram.
She also unfollowed MGK and went on to follow his musical nemesis, Eminem.
Megan, who has been in a relationship with Machine Gun Kelly since June 2020, shared a video where she appeared to burn a letter in a bonfire.
But the pair could be looking to patch things up as the pair were seen leaving a marriage counselling office recently.
