Megan Fox tried to conceal her identity by covering her head with a cloth as she was seen leaving a plastic surgeon's office.
The 37-year-old actress, who is known for her incredible good looks, was pictured visiting a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California. She was seen being wheeled to her black SUV by one of the nurses.
Megan opted for a comfy outfit for her visit, wearing a pair of light blue leggings and a baggy yellow jumper. She covered her face with a black towel, seemingly hiding any procedure she underwent.
The Transformers star has been surrounded by plastic surgery rumours over the years, but has never publicly confirmed undergoing any procedures. Nevertheless, Megan has admitted she isn't against plastic surgery.

"I would encourage anyone [who wants plastic surgery] to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from. Because a lot of times it's not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin — the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you," she said.
Speaking to Allure in 2010, Megan added: "If, then, you feel, 'This is something that I want to do,' then do it. It's amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do."
Since that interview, Megan's appearance seems to have changed a lot. In her Instagram snaps, the Hollywood star can often be seen sporting a much plumper pout than her early acting days.
Comparison pictures of Megan at the start of her career and more recent snaps show the actress sporting bushier eyebrows and a more chiselled, lifted complexion. She also seems to have a much fuller cleavage.
Plastic surgery and skincare experts have also been adamant that she has had work done. Some people claim the actress has had the likes of blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), lip fillers, Botox and a breast augmentation.
Despite deciding to remain tight-lipped about her possible plastic surgery habits, Megan has been open about her best-kept beauty secrets.
Speaking to The Huffington Post, she revealed that she uses natural products for her flawless complexion and always ensures to keeps her skin hydrated. Megan said: "I have to wash my face every 12 hours and then moisturise."
She added: "I only take showers as I don't like sitting in bath water. After my shower, I moisturise with grapeseed oil from Wholefoods. It's a great moisturiser and lighter than olive oil."
