Brian Austin Green has showcased his latest hairstyle on social media, telling fans that he's sporting a shaved head for an upcoming project.
The actor, 50, took to Instagram over the weekend to unveil his new look. He shared a selfie with his followers on the platform, which showed that he's shaved his head. Brian also appeared to have opted for a so-called 'circle beard'.
Alongside the post, he wrote: "Fresh cut. Thought I'd share. It's for work (since people seem to want to comment about their opinion on it)." Brian then concluded the caption by writing alongside a laughing emoji: "Just sharing".
He typically sports lengthier dark hair, though in recent months had been seen with platinum blonde hair. He's seemingly ditched that look for a project. His post has amassed more than 26,000 likes on the platform since it was uploaded.
Brian is known for playing David Silver on Beverly Hills, 90210. The show ran on Fox from 1990 to 2000, with him having appeared in all 10 seasons. It also starred the likes of Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty and Tori Spelling.
He'd previously had a recurring role in Knots Landing, having played Brian Cunningham in the Dallas spin-off. He was on the CBS show from 1986 to 1989 and later reprised the role in Knots Landing: Back to the Cul-de-Sac in 1997.
More recently, his acting credits have included roles in shows like Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Smallville. He's also appeared in Desperate Housewives, Anger Management and That '90s Show in his career.
He competed on The Masked Singer US in 2020. The actor later competed on Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) in 2021. And he is set to appear in the second season of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, which will air later this year.
Brian had been partnered with professional dancer Sharna Burgess whilst he was on DWTS two years ago. The couple began a relationship after meeting on the show and went on to welcome their first child, Zane, now one, last year.
He was once in a relationship with Megan Fox. The former couple were married from 2010 until their divorce was finalised in around 2022. They are understood to now co-parent their kids Noah, 10, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, six.
